SinoScan is committed to act with the highest standards ethically and responsibly to develop long-standing relations with its employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners. Our code of conduct applies to everyone within our global company, and we strongly encourage this code of conduct to be followed by all suppliers and partners who support our business. As a global business, we ensure that all our facilities conform to local laws and regulations.
We consider the following elements critical in our social responsibility:

- Work fairly with employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Sell and produce responsibly sourced quality products and services.
We provide a workplace free from discrimination, harassment or abuse and treat all employees fairly in line with local legal requirements. We employ people based on ability and suitability, and we do not discriminate based on race, sex, religion, political preference, nationality, colour, age, or sex. Child or forced labour is not permissible within SinoScan or its suppliers defined by the laws in the country where they conduct their business. Human trafficking is also prohibited and not tolerated in any form.
Quality and environment
SinoScan is committed to delivering products and services that meet and exceed our customers and partners expectations. SinoScan’s main production facility, based in Shanghai, China, is approved to IS0 9001 standard and all of our other facilities work in accordance with the same standards. We understand that the work we do has an impact on the environment. We attempt to reduce our impact by preventing pollution, reducing waste and recycling. We are in the process of mapping our ESG policy. Please see our cooperate sustainability declaration of intent. This will further strengthen our commitment to the environment and sustainability.
SinoScan prohibits any form of corruption in our business dealings with all partners. We will never directly or indirectly offer anything of value to obtain or retain business. We will not accept anything of value from partners or suppliers. The meaning of anything of value includes cash, gifts, special benefits, or entertainment of any form.
SinoScan is committed to ethical sourcing of materials which includes minerals such as tungsten, tantalum, tin, and gold, and we ask our suppliers and partners to support this activity.

We seek to market all our products and services accurately and transparently to all customers, suppliers, and global partners.
Who is responsible for our code of conduct?
All our employees are responsible for our code of conduct, and we encourage all our partners and suppliers to follow the same principles. SinoScan believes in the value of open communication, and we encourage everyone to speak openly and freely. If any employee has any questions, concerns, or feels there could have been a non-compliance to our code of conduct, they must contact their direct line manager. We also encourage our global partners to contact us if they have any questions regarding our code of conduct or practices.
