Step by
step
We bring the expertise, and you remain in control throughout the process.
01
Once we receive your inquiry, we will evaluate it and contact you within 1-2 business days to answer any questions and schedule a meeting.
02
Within three weeks, you’ll receive an estimated quote for your subassembly. Upon approval, we’ll set up the production and assembly lines.
03
We begin by manufacturing subcomponents, prototypes, and samples.
Once both parties approve, we proceed to 0-series and full-scale production.
You’ll have the opportunity to approve each step as you go.
01
Use the form to upload your CAD files, BOM, and any other relevant materials.
We will evaluate your assembly and respond to any follow-up questions within 1-2 business days.
Afterward, we’ll schedule an initial meeting to discuss your requirements and the optimal approach to outsourcing, manufacturing, and assembling your subassemblies.
02
Preliminary Price Estimation
Based on your CAD files and requirements, we’ll send you a preliminary estimate of the total subassembly cost.
03
If the estimate is satisfactory, we’ll ensure all documentation and CAD files are complete, then draft a detailed quote that includes costs for manufacturing, assembly, shipping, and potential US stock.
04
The final quote will include:
- Tooling costs
- Sample costs
- Parts and assembly costs
- Shipping costs
Additionally, the quality control procedure and tests will be outlined.
05
Once the quote is approved and the process begins, we’ll produce a prototype sample that represents the final product.
This sample will undergo quality control at our facility before shipment to SinoScan for inspection and approval.
06
After sample approval, tooling for final production will begin.
Tooling production typically takes 6-8 weeks, with costs ranging from $1,000 to $10,000.
07
Once tooling is complete, we’ll run a test production run of 1/10 MOQ or higher.
The 0-series will undergo comprehensive quality testing at our facility before shipment for final approval.
08
Upon approval of the 0-series, full-scale production begins and will continuously include:
- Quality control
- Testing
- Shipping
